Our refund and returns policy last 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase Invoice Bill Which you would have got During Purchase.
Ebooks & Digital Downloads are non Refundable & Non-Transferable and any requests made thereof will be rejected.
Hardcopy Or Customised Orders will be refunded Only if we are unable to provide it.
If after Placing Hardcopy Orders And Customer wants to cancel it it between then Cancellations Charges will be applicable since hardcopy orders are made on
order basis and non ready made.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund.
Rewards & Refund For Rejection By your Study Center.
In case of rejection of the assignments from Study Center, You’ll get Either Full Replacement free of cost or if not Full Refund for the rejected assignments.
And also a Reward up to 10000/- Which will be given as a token of apology in the form of Cashback Vouchers which can be redeemed in your next purchase.
Please note that no cash or credit note will be issued rewards will be given in forms of coupouns or vouchers.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain
amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
